Наведено переваги та недоліки дистанційної форми навчання. Зазначено, що викладач надає здобувачу вищої освіти «інформацію», яка є основою формування знань. Наголошено про важливість, для розвитку творчих здібностей, застосування акмеологічного підходу. In the work the transformation of the educational environment with the purpose of realization of the concept of sustainable development is considered. Advantages and disadvantages of distance form of study are given. It is noted that the teacher gives the student of higher education "information", which is the basis of formation of knowledge. Одним з кардинальних завдань сьогодення є формування такого комплексу знань, який стане підґрунтям розвитку особистості як суб'єкта прогресивних перетворень. Для досягнення цієї мети є необхідним постійна оптимізація методики викладання. Особливо це стосується підготовки фахівців за другим (магістерським) рівнем. Останнім часом набуває все більшого розповсюдження така форма донесення лекційного як дистанційне навчання. При дистанційній формі навчання є можливим застосування сучасних інформаційних технологій, що значно оптимізують подання лекційного матеріалу. Дистанційна форма навчання поряд із суттєвими перевагами невільна від недоліків. Включення цифрових технологій у навчальний процес дає можливість значно його оптимізувати. Використання сучасних програмних продуктів відіграє важливу роль у фундаментальному переході від традиційної аудиторії до віртуального класу та системи дистанційного навчання. Переваги технології дистанційного навчання у тому, що вона дає можливість враховувати індивідуальні здібності, потреби, темперамент і зайнятість людини, що навчається, яка може проходити учбові курси в будь-якій послідовності, швидше або повільніше. Проте, дистанційні лекції виключають живе спілкування з викладачем. У статті розглянуті позитивні і негативні сторони дистанційного навчання, проведення бінарних лекцій, умови і можливості їх застосування в практиці учбового процесу. Розглянуто можливість застосування таких форм навчання як тьюторство і менторство. Приведено математичну модель чинників впливу на розвиток потенціалу особистості здобувача вищої освіти. Визначено, що для покращення якості майбутніх фахівців необхідно, крім комплексного, застосовувати й індивідуальний підхід. Today there is a problem of optimization of forms of education in higher school. One of the cardinal tasks of the present is formation of such a complex of knowledge which will become the basis of development of personality as a subject of progressive transformations. To achieve this goal, constant optimization of teaching methods is necessary. This is especially true for the training of specialists at the second (magister) level. Recently, such a form of presentation of the lecture as distance learning has become more and more widespread. At the distance form of training it is possible to use modern information technologies, which considerably optimize the presentation of lecture material. The distance form of training along with the essential advantages is not free from shortcomings. The inclusion of digital technologies in the educational process makes it possible to significantly optimize it. The use of modern software products plays an important role in the fundamental transition from a traditional audience to a virtual class and distance learning system.The advantages of distance learning technology are that it allows to take into account individual abilities, needs, temperament and employment of a person who studies, which can pass training courses in any sequence, faster or slower. However, remote lectures exclude live communication with the teacher. Positive and negative aspects of distance learning, conducting of binary lectures, conditions and possibilities of their application in practice of educational process are considered in the article. The possibility of applying such forms of study as tutoring and mentmaking is considered. The mathematical model of factors influencing the development of the potential of the individual candidate of higher education is given. П.; Чумаченко, О. С.; Sysolina, N.; Chumachenko, O.В статті розглядається комплексний підхід по забезпеченню системи економічної безпеки на сучасних підприємствах. Визначені ключові компоненти економічної безпеки підприємства. Розглянуто об’єктивний характер специфічних, загальних та часткових показників економічної безпеки підприємств та основних підходів до її визначення. Розглянуто взаємозв’язки, які сприяють розвитку підприємств з інноваційними проектами. Представлено механізм взаємодії із суб’єктами ринкової економіки підприємства з інноваційними проектами, які відрізняються високим рівнем ризику. Розглянуто напрями удосконалення структури процесів управління інноваційними проектами як системний механізм з використанням зарубіжного досвіду. Розглянуті етапи оцінки стану інноваційного проекта, порівняння та регулювання, визначення критичних змінних. Приведено результати дослідження по моніторингу підприємств з інноваційними проектами. In the article is examined complex approach on providing of the system of economic security on modern enterprises. The key components of economic security of enterprise are certain. We consider the objective of specific, general and special indexes of economic security of enterprises and basic going near its determination. Intercommunications which assist development of enterprises with innovative projects are considered. The mechanism of cooperating with the subjects of market economy of enterprise with innovative projects, which differ the high level of risk, is presented . Directions of improvement of structure of processes of management innovative projects as system mechanism are considered with the use of foreign experience. We consider the stages of estimation of the state of project, comparison and adjusting, determination of critical variables.
