Item Оцінка та управління трудовим потенціалом підприємства (на прикладі ПАТ НВП «Радій» м. В третьому розділі запропоновані заходи та рекомендації стосовно управління трудовим потенціалом ПАТ НВП «Радій». зокрема удoскoналення систем фopмування pезеpву кадpів на керівні посади. Запровадження заходів дасть можливість ПАТ НВП «Радій» покращити трудовий потенціал підприємства. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic, defines the purpose, object, and subject of the study. In the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological aspects of the labor potential of the enterprise are considered, the organizational foundations of the management of labor potential are investigated. In the second chapter, an analysis of economic activity and management of the labor potential of Research and Production Corporation "Radiy" was carried out, it was determined that the enterprise is profitable. The third chapter offers measures and recommendations for managing the labor potential of Research and Production Corporation "Radiy." in particular, improvement of systems for the formation of the personnel pool for management. В третьому розділі запропоновані напрями удосконалення економічної безпеки підприємства, зокрема запропоновано удосконалення технології вирощування зернових. В третьому розділі запропоновані напрями удосконалення інноваційної діяльності, зокрема обгрунтування доцільності запровадження проєкта по впровадженню інноваційної продукції за допомогою метода «дерево прийняття рішень». Запровадження заходів дасть можливість ПАТ НВП «Радій» покращити ефективність інноваційної діяльності. Систематизовано еволюцію наукової думки щодо визначення категорії «фінансово-економічна стабільність підприємства», запропоновано її авторське трактування. Розкрито специфіку механізмів управління фінансово-економічною стабільністю у сфері аграрного бізнесу, класифіковано такі механізми. Проаналізовано науково-методичні підходи до оцінки та регулювання рівня фінансово-економічної стабільності підприємства. У другому розділі роботи здійснено оцінку ефективності управління фінансово-економічною стабільністю підприємства аграрного бізнесу (на прикладі ТОВ «Олександрійський цукровий завод»). Надано загальну характеристику підприємства та показників його економічної діяльності. Здійснено аналіз фінансових результатів та рентабельності підприємства в умовах воєнного стану. Виконано оцінку показників платоспроможності та фінансової стійкості підприємства та дієвості заходів щодо їх стабілізації. У третьому розділі розроблено напрями забезпечення фінансово-економічної стабільності аграрного підприємства. Обґрунтовано стратегічні напрями забезпечення фінансово-економічної стабільності підприємства в контексті реалій та перспектив розвитку цукрової галузі. Розроблено пропозиції щодо сканування загроз як складової управління фінансово-економічною стабільністю аграрного підприємства. Сформовано науково-практичні рекомендації щодо забезпечення ефективного управління фінансово-економічною стабільністю підприємства на основі цифрових технологій. The first section of the work explores the theoretical foundations of the financial and economic stability of an enterprise, its assessment methods, and approaches to ensuring it within the agricultural business sector. The evolution of scientific thought regarding the concept of “financial and economic stability of an enterprise” is systematized, and the author’s interpretation is proposed. The specific mechanisms for managing financial and economic stability in the agricultural business sector are revealed and classified. Scientific and methodological approaches to assessing and regulating the financial and economic stability of an enterprise are analyzed. The second section evaluates the effectiveness of financial and economic stability management in an agricultural enterprise (using the example of LLC “Oleksandriia Sugar Plant”). A general overview of the enterprise and its economic performance indicators is provided. The financial results and profitability of the enterprise under wartime conditions are analyzed. Indicators of solvency and financial stability, as well as the effectiveness of stabilization measures, are evaluated.The third section proposes strategies for ensuring the financial and economic stability of an agricultural enterprise. Strategic directions for ensuring financial and economic stability are substantiated in the context of current realities and future prospects of the sugar industry. Proposals for implementing threat scanning as part of managing financial and economic stability in an agricultural enterprise are developed. Визначено фактори та умови, що впливають на фінансовий стан та формування інвестиційної привабливості аграрних підприємств. Проаналізовано сучасні методичні підходи до оцінки інвестиційної привабливості підприємства в умовах ризиків і загроз. У другому розділі проаналізовано фінансовий стан та інвестиційну привабливість аграрного підприємства на прикладі ТОВ «Олександрійський цукровий завод». Здійснено характеристику підприємства, напрямів його діяльності. Проаналізовано показники економічної діяльності, фінансовий стан і тенденції розвитку підприємства. Зроблено оцінку інвестиційної привабливості підприємства в умовах ризиків і загроз. У третьому розділі визначено шляхи забезпечення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. The first chapter of the qualification paper examines the theoretical foundations of assessing the financial condition and investment attractiveness of an enterprise. The conceptual framework is clarified, and the essence of the financial condition and investment attractiveness of an agricultural enterprise is revealed. Factors and conditions influencing the financial condition and forming the investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises are identified. Modern methodological approaches to assessing an enterprise’s investment attractiveness under risks and threats are analyzed. The second chapter analyzes the financial condition and investment attractiveness of an agricultural enterprise using the example of LLC “Oleksandriia Sugar Plant.” The enterprise and its main activities are characterized. Indicators of economic activity, financial condition, and development trends of the enterprise are examined. The investment attractiveness of the enterprise under risks and threats is evaluated. The third chapter identifies the ways to ensure the enterprise’s investment attractiveness. Directions for improving the mechanism for assessing the investment attractiveness of the sugar plant under wartime conditions are substantiated. The foundations of a strategy for improving the financial condition and investment attractiveness of the enterprise are developed. Охарактеризовано сутність та задачі оцінки господарської діяльності підприємства, розглянуто сучасні методичні підходи до аналізу фінансової звітності, обґрунтовано підходи до державного регулювання підприємницької діяльності. В другому розділі виконано аналіз зовнішнього макросередовища діяльності підприємств Кіровоградської області. Проведений аналіз результатів господарської діяльності підприємств Кіровоградської області у довоєнний період, а також економічне оцінювання наслідків війни. В третьому розділі визначено ключові економічні проблеми розвитку регіонів України, обґрунтовано пріоритетні кроки для послаблення негативних економічних наслідків на регіони в умовах війни. In the first section of the work, the theoretical and methodological aspects of evaluating the results of economic activity of enterprises were considered. The essence and tasks of evaluating the economic activity of an enterprise are characterized, modern methodical approaches to the analysis of financial statements are considered, and approaches to state regulation of entrepreneurial activity are substantiated. In the second section, an analysis of the external macro-environment of the enterprises of the Kirovohrad region was carried out. An analysis of the results of the economic activity of enterprises of the Kirovohrad region in the pre-war period, as well as an economic assessment of the consequences of the war, was carried out. In the third chapter, the key economic problems of the development of the regions of Ukraine are defined, and the priority steps to mitigate the negative economic consequences for the regions in the conditions of the war are substantiated.
