Розкрито понятійний апарат, з’ясовано сутність фінансового стану та інвестиційної привабливості аграрного підприємства. Визначено фактори та умови, що впливають на фінансовий стан та формування інвестиційної привабливості аграрних підприємств. Проаналізовано сучасні методичні підходи до оцінки інвестиційної привабливості підприємства в умовах ризиків і загроз. У другому розділі проаналізовано фінансовий стан та інвестиційну привабливість аграрного підприємства на прикладі ТОВ «Олександрійський цукровий завод». Здійснено характеристику підприємства, напрямів його діяльності. Проаналізовано показники економічної діяльності, фінансовий стан і тенденції розвитку підприємства. Зроблено оцінку інвестиційної привабливості підприємства в умовах ризиків і загроз. У третьому розділі визначено шляхи забезпечення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Обгрунтовано напрями вдосконалення механізму оцінки інвестиційної привабливості цукрового заводу в умовах війни. Розроблено основи стратегії поліпшення фінансового стану підприємства та його інвестиційної привабливості. Систематизовано пропозиції щодо покращення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства в умовах ризиків і загроз. The first chapter of the qualification paper examines the theoretical foundations of assessing the financial condition and investment attractiveness of an enterprise. The conceptual framework is clarified, and the essence of the financial condition and investment attractiveness of an agricultural enterprise is revealed. Factors and conditions influencing the financial condition and forming the investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises are identified. Modern methodological approaches to assessing an enterprise’s investment attractiveness under risks and threats are analyzed. The second chapter analyzes the financial condition and investment attractiveness of an agricultural enterprise using the example of LLC “Oleksandriia Sugar Plant.” The enterprise and its main activities are characterized. Indicators of economic activity, financial condition, and development trends of the enterprise are examined. The investment attractiveness of the enterprise under risks and threats is evaluated. The third chapter identifies the ways to ensure the enterprise’s investment attractiveness. Directions for improving the mechanism for assessing the investment attractiveness of the sugar plant under wartime conditions are substantiated. The foundations of a strategy for improving the financial condition and investment attractiveness of the enterprise are developed. Proposals for enhancing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise under risks and threats are systematized.Item Підвищення ефективності формування фінансових ресурсів підприємства харчової промисловості (на прикладі ТОВ МП «Мрія», с. Проаналізовані тлумачення поняття «фінансові ресурси», запропоновано класифікацію фінансових ресурсів підприємств за шести ознаками, розглянуто основні джерела їх формування. В другому розділі проаналізована фінансово-господарська діяльність ТОВ МП «МРІЯ», його зовнішнє та внутрішнє середовище (застосовано SWOT та PEST-аналіз), досліджені безпосередні конкуренти. Досліджена динаміка показників фінансового стану підприємства за 2020-2023 рр. та визначені головні виклики і ризики управління його фінансовими ресурсами. В третьому розділі обґрунтовані заходи, направлені на удосконалення фінансового розвитку підприємства харчової промисловості ТОВ МП «МРІЯ». The first section of the work investigated theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of financial resources of the enterprise. The interpretation of the concept of "financial resources" is analyzed, the classification of financial resources of enterprises on six grounds is proposed, the main sources of their formation are considered. The second section analyzes the financial and economic activity of LLC MP "Mriya", its external and internal environment (used SWOT and PEST analysis), direct competitors. The dynamics of the financial condition of the enterprise for 2020-2023 and identified the main challenges and risks of managing its financial resources were investigated. The third section substantiated measures aimed at improving the financial development of the food industry of the MP "Mriya" LLC.Item Комплексна діагностика фінансового стану підприємства у кризових умовах на прикладі ФГ «Гончаров» с. Обертасово, Компаніївський р-н, Кіровоградська обл)(ЦНТУ, 2023-12) Костенко, Олександр Сергійович; Kostenko, OleksandrУ першому розділі роботи визначено роль економічної діагностики у забезпеченні конкурентоспроможності аграрних підприємств та антикризовому управлінні суб’єктами господарювання. Визначено завдання, напрями та індикатори побудови якісної системи комплексної діагностики фінансового стану підприємства, а також подано чітке визначення поняттю «комплексна діагностика фінансового стану» для аграрної сфери. Наведено основні індикатори для здвйснення комплексної діагностики фінансового стану. В другому розділі роботи проаналізовано систему управління фермерського господарства, проведено оцінку зовнішнього та внутрвшнього середовища діяльності та досліджено фінансовий стан господарства. Третій розділ роботи розкриває концепцію удосконалення системи комплексної діагностики фінансового стану фермерського господарства, зокрема, обгрунтовано управлінські рішення щодо покращення фінансового стану фермерського господарства. The first section of the paper defines the role of economic diagnostics in ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises and crisis management of business entities. The tasks, directions and indicators for building a high-quality system of comprehensive diagnostics of the financial condition of an enterprise are defined, and a clear definition of the concept of "comprehensive diagnostics of the financial condition" for the agricultural sector is provided. The main indicators for the implementation of comprehensive diagnostics of the financial condition are presented. The second section of the paper analyzes the management system of the farm, assesses the external and internal environment of the farm and studies the financial condition of the farm. The third section of the paper reveals the concept of improving the system of comprehensive diagnostics of the financial condition of the farm, in particular, the management decisions to improve the financial condition of the farm are substantiated.Item Оцінка та розвиток потенціалу підприємства (на прикладі «Приватне підприємство Кіровоградптахопром» м. Досліджено стан галузі птахівництва. В другому розділі проведено оцінку ефективності потенціалу ПП «Кіровоградптахопром» і можливостей розвитку. Була розроблена графоаналітична модель потенціалу підприємства. В третьому розділі визначені напрями розвитку потенціалу підприємства. Запропоновано впровадити технологію вироблення яєчного порошку, провести удосконалення на підприємстві ветеринарних заходів, покращить якість та конкурентоспроможність продукції. In the first section of the paper the questions of theoretical and methodological principles of estimation of potential of the enterprise were investigated, further development of profitability modeling was started. The state of poultry industry has been investigated. In the second ection, the efficiency of the potential of the ―Private enterprise Kirovohradptakhoprom‖ and the possibilities of development were evaluated. A graphical analytical model of the potential of the enterprise was developed. In the third section the directions of development of potential of the enterprise are defined. It is proposed to introduce the technology of egg powder production, to improve veterinary measures at the enterprise, to improve quality and competitiveness of products.Item Напрями розвитку потенціалу підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ «Охоронно-пожежний захист» м. Кропивницький)(ЦНТУ, 2021-12-15) Терешко, Ірина Миколаївна; Tereshko, IrynaВ першому розділі роботі досліджувалися питання теоретико-методологічних засад оцінки потенціалу підприємства, уточнено та доповнено поняття потенціал підприємства, запропонована узагальнена система факторів розвитку потенціалу підприємства. В другому розділі проведено SWOT-аналіз, оцінка ефективності потенціалу ТОВ «Охоронно-пожежний захист» і можливостей розвитку. Була розроблена графоаналітична модель потенціалу підприємства. В третьому розділі набуло подальшого розвитку моделювання потенціалу підприємства, з врахуванням закону Ешбі; запропоновано унікальний підхід до визначення функціонування та розвитку потенціалу підприємства через його властивості; визначено напрями розвитку потенціалу підприємства, враховуючи особливості його діяльності, серед яких є проведення рекламних акцій на Інтернет-площадках, запровадження на підприємстві станції зарядки вуглекислотних вогнегасників CFA-4 покращить якість та конкурентоспроможність продукції. In the first section of the work the issues of theoretical and methodological bases of enterprise potential assessment were investigated, the concept of enterprise potential was specified and supplemented, a generalized system of factors of enterprise potential development was proposed. In the second section, a SWOT-analysis, assessment of the effectiveness of the potential of LLC "Fire Protection" and development opportunities. A graph-analytical model of the enterprise's potential was developed. In the third section, the modeling of enterprise potential was further developed, taking into account Ashby's law; the unique approach to definition of functioning and development of potential of the enterprise through its properties is offered; identified areas of development of the company's potential, taking into account the peculiarities of its activities, including advertising campaigns on Internet sites, the introduction of charging stations for carbon dioxide fire extinguishers CFA-4 will improve the quality and competitiveness of products.Item Оцінка фінансово-економічного стану підприємства та розробка заходів щодо його поліпшення (на прикладі ТОВ «Моноліт-РРА» м. В другому розділі подано загальну характеристику підприємства, проведено аналіз зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища підприємства за допомогою проведення PETS-аналізу та аналізу п’яти сил конкуренції Портера. Також проаналізовано як підприємство використовує наявні виробничі ресурси, виконано факторний аналіз рентабельності сукупного капіталу підприємства, а також проведено аналіз фінансової стійкості підприємства. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано вибір ефективної управлінської стратегії за допомогою метода побудови дерева рішень та вибрано оптимальний інвестиційний проект. In the first section of the work the essence of the financial condition is considered, the peculiarities of the financial analysis of construction enterprises and the concrete production market are discussed. The second section presents the general characteristics of the company, analyzes the external and internal environment of the company using PETS analysis and analysis of the five forces of competition Porter. It also analyzes how the company uses the available production resources, performed a factor analysis of the return on total capital of the company, as well as an analysis of the financial stability of the company. The third section substantiates the choice of an effective management strategy using the method of building a decision tree and selects the optimal investment project.
