Item Організаційно-економічні засади здійснення модернізації технічних засобів як основи відтворення матеріально-технічної бази аграрних підприємств (на прикладі ПП «Рулен», м. Зокрема, розглянута сутність та значення матеріального забезпечення та модернізації в сучасних умовах. Розглянуто основні організаційно-економічні чинники, що впливають на модернізацію технічної бази стратегії підприємства. У другому розділі було здійснено всебічний аналіз діяльності ПП «Рулен», зокрема характеристика підприємства, оцінка фінансово-господарських показників та матеріально-технічного забезпечення аграрного сектору Кіровоградської області. В третьому розділі визначено шляхи удосконалення механізму залучення інвестицій для оновлення матеріально-технічної бази та запропоновано рекомендації щодо впровадження сучасних технологій для модернізації технічних засобів. The first section of the work examined the principles of modernization of technical means of agricultural enterprises. In particular, the essence and significance of material support and modernization in modern conditions were considered. The main organizational and economic factors influencing the modernization of the technical base of the enterprise strategy were considered. The second section carried out a comprehensive analysis of the activities of PE "Rulen", in particular the characteristics of the enterprise, the assessment of financial and economic indicators and material and technical support of the agricultural sector of the Kirovograd region. The third section identified ways to improve the mechanism for attracting investments to update the material and technical base and proposed recommendations for the implementation of modern technologies for the modernization of technical means.Item Розробка заходів щодо підвищення ефективності капіталовкладень на підприємстві (на прикладі приватного підприємства агрофірма «Могутнє» с. У першому розділі роботи досліджено теоретичні основи ефективності капіталовкладень на підприємстві. Проаналізовано методологічні підходи до оцінки капітальних інвестицій. У другому розділі роботи здійснено аналіз результатів господарської діяльності ПП агрофірма «Могутнє». Проведено SWOT-аналіз для досліджуваного підприємства. Здійснено аналіз використання виробничих ресурсів ПП агрофірма «Могутнє» та визначено, що підприємство є прибутковим. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано проект створення нових виробничих потужностей - консервного та переробного цехів. Проведений розрахунок економічної ефективності та терміну окупності витрат на будівництво заводу з переробки овочевої продукції та консервування цукрової кукурудзи показав його високу інвестиційну привабливість Термін окупності складає 2,8 року. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic, defines the goal, object and subject of the study. In the first section of the work, the theoretical foundations of the efficiency of capital investments at the enterprise are investigated. Methodological approaches to assessing capital investments are analyzed. In the second section of the work, an analysis of the results of the economic activity of the private enterprise of the agricultural company "Mohutne" is carried out. A SWOT analysis is conducted for the enterprise under study. An analysis of the use of production resources of the private enterprise of the agricultural company "Mohutne" is carried out and it is determined that the enterprise is profitable. The third section substantiates the project of creating new production facilities - canning and processing plants. The calculation of economic efficiency and payback period of costs for the construction of a vegetable processing plant and canning of sweet corn showed its high investment attractiveness. Визначено аналіз інвестиційної діяльності сільськогосподарського підприємства на прикладі селянського фермерського господарства «Галина», розглянуто організаційно-економічну характеристику ФСГ «Галина», проведено фінансово-економічний аналіз ФСГ «Галина» та проведено оцінку інвестиційної діяльності ФСГ «Галина». Розглянуто управління інвестиційним потенціалом в агробізнесі, визначені напрямки удосконалення інвестиційного потенціалу в агробізнесі, окреслені перспективи розвитку інвестиційної діяльності в агробізнесі в умовах сучасних тенденцій, розроблені інвестиційні стратегії в агробізнесі в сучасних умовах. The paper examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of investment activity in agribusiness, considers the essence of investment activity of enterprises, factors of development of investment activity in agribusiness and principles of management of investment activity in agribusiness. The analysis of the investment activity of the agricultural enterprise was defined on the example of the peasant farm "Halyna", the organizational and economic characteristics of the FSG "Galyna" were considered, the financial and economic analysis of the FSG "Galyna" was carried out, and the investment activity of the FSG "Galyna" was evaluated. The management of investment potential in agribusiness was considered, directions for improvement of investment potential in agribusiness were determined, prospects for the development of investment activity in agribusiness in the conditions of modern trends were outlined, investment strategies in agribusiness in modern conditions were developed.
