У другому розділі наведена організаційно-економічна характеристика досліджуваного підприємства, здійснено аналіз фінансових результатів роботи підприємства, його фінансово-майновий стан, аналіз використання виробничих фондів підприємства. У третьому розділі проаналізовані можливі напрямки підвищення результативності діяльності досліджуваного підприємства та запропоновані стратегії та моделі для підвищення результативної діяльності підприємства. У висновку підведено підсумки дослідження та узагальнено отримані результати. Розкрито понятійний апарат, з’ясовано сутність фінансового стану та інвестиційної привабливості аграрного підприємства. Визначено фактори та умови, що впливають на фінансовий стан та формування інвестиційної привабливості аграрних підприємств. Проаналізовано сучасні методичні підходи до оцінки інвестиційної привабливості підприємства в умовах ризиків і загроз. У другому розділі проаналізовано фінансовий стан та інвестиційну привабливість аграрного підприємства на прикладі ТОВ «Олександрійський цукровий завод». Здійснено характеристику підприємства, напрямів його діяльності. Проаналізовано показники економічної діяльності, фінансовий стан і тенденції розвитку підприємства. Зроблено оцінку інвестиційної привабливості підприємства в умовах ризиків і загроз. У третьому розділі визначено шляхи забезпечення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Обгрунтовано напрями вдосконалення механізму оцінки інвестиційної привабливості цукрового заводу в умовах війни. Розроблено основи стратегії поліпшення фінансового стану підприємства та його інвестиційної привабливості. Систематизовано пропозиції щодо покращення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства в умовах ризиків і загроз. The first chapter of the qualification paper examines the theoretical foundations of assessing the financial condition and investment attractiveness of an enterprise. The conceptual framework is clarified, and the essence of the financial condition and investment attractiveness of an agricultural enterprise is revealed. Factors and conditions influencing the financial condition and forming the investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises are identified. Modern methodological approaches to assessing an enterprise’s investment attractiveness under risks and threats are analyzed. The second chapter analyzes the financial condition and investment attractiveness of an agricultural enterprise using the example of LLC “Oleksandriia Sugar Plant.” The enterprise and its main activities are characterized. Indicators of economic activity, financial condition, and development trends of the enterprise are examined. The investment attractiveness of the enterprise under risks and threats is evaluated. The third chapter identifies the ways to ensure the enterprise’s investment attractiveness. Directions for improving the mechanism for assessing the investment attractiveness of the sugar plant under wartime conditions are substantiated. The foundations of a strategy for improving the financial condition and investment attractiveness of the enterprise are developed. Перший розділ присвячено теоретичним основам конкурентоспроможності фермерських господарств. Розкрито сутність поняття конкурентоспроможності, теоретичні підходи до її оцінки, роль інновацій у підвищенні ефективності господарської діяльності. У другому розділі проведено аналіз господарської діяльності ФГ «ВАЛ». Надано організаційну характеристику господарства, оцінено його внутрішнє та зовнішнє середовище, виявлено чинники, які впливають на конкурентоспроможність господарства. Третій розділ зосереджено на інноваційних підходах до підвищення конкурентоспроможності ФГ «ВАЛ». Досліджено можливості впровадження технологічних інновацій, управлінських та маркетингових рішень. Запропоновано стратегії залучення інвестицій та партнерства для інноваційного розвитку фермерського господарства. The study of the thesis focuses on analyzing the theoretical aspects of competitiveness, examining the economic activities of FG «VAL», and developing practical recommendations for implementing innovative solutions. The first chapter is dedicated to the theoretical foundations of the competitiveness of farms. It reveals the essence of the concept of competitiveness, theoretical approaches to its assessment, and the role of innovations in improving economic efficiency. The second chapter analyzes the economic activities of FG «VAL» It provides an organizational description of the farm, assesses its internal and external environment, and identifies factors affecting the farm's competitiveness. The third chapter focuses on innovative approaches to increasing the competitiveness of FG «VAL», It examines the possibilities of implementing technological innovations, managerial, and marketing solutions. Strategies for attracting investments and partnerships for the innovative development of the farm are proposed.
