Це може передбачати вдосконалення двигунів, використання менш щільних матеріалів для створення автомобілів, впровадження альтернативних джерел енергії, а також розробку ефективних трансмісій. У статті запропоновано реконструкцію трансмісії, шляхом заміни шестерень головної передачі, з метою зміни передавального числа трансмісії пасажирського автобуса типу Setra S 417. Досліджуваний ТЗ експлуатується на автотранспортному підприємстві ФОП “TRAVELBUS TERNOPIL”. Проведено тягово-швидкісний розрахунок автобуса із уніфікованою трансмісією розрахунок, розраховано паливно-економічну характеристику та встановлено зниження середніх витрат паливно-мастильних матеріалів. Ефективність проведеної уніфікації перевірено на різних напрямках, та встановлено, що найбільша економічність була досягнута на швидкісній трасі. На маршрутах із гірською місцевістю така уніфікація не доцільна. The creation and implementation of technologies aimed at increasing fuel efficiency is becoming the focus of attention of car manufacturers. This may involve improving engines, using less dense materials to build cars, developing efficient transmissions, and implementing alternative energy sources. Changing the gear ratio of the main gear affects the force and speed of rotation of the car's wheels. When reducing the gear ratio (using a higher gear), the torque increases, but the speed of rotation of the wheels, which is used to overcome large obstacles or climb, decreases. Conversely, increasing the gear ratio (using a lower gear) decreases torque but increases wheel speed, resulting in higher speeds on flat surfaces. The effect of changing the gear ratio on fuel performance can be a bit complex. Basically, using a lower gear ratio (higher gear) can help save fuel at high speeds or when driving on level roads, because the engine can run more efficiently at lower rpm. However, in mountain conditions or when driving at low speeds, when more torque is needed, using a higher gear can result in more fuel consumption.Item Удосконалення трансмісій міських пасажирських автобусів ЛАЗ-5208 LN(ЦНТУ, 2024) Захарчук, О. Зміна передавального числа трансмісії може впливати на характеристики міських пасажирських автобусів у різних аспектах. Враховуючи специфічні роботи міського транспорту, мета і задачі дослідження було визначено як розробка і обґрунтування технічних вдосконалень вузлів і агрегатів автобусів ЛАЗ. У статті запропоновано провести реконструкцію коробки перемикання передач (КПП) з метою оптимізації передавального числа трансмісії до спеціальних умов експлуатації міського транспорту, а саме руху в режимі старт-стоп. Проведено розрахунки динамічних властивостей та параметрів розгону транспортного засобу до та після реконструкції коробки перемикання швидкостей. Було встановлено, що автобус із модернізованою трансмісією володіє кращими динамічними характеристиками, а саме швидкістю прискорення. Urban passenger transport plays an important role in the functioning of cities and ensuring the livelihood of the population. Therefore, the choice of transmission ratio usually depends on the type of vehicle, driving conditions and fuel efficiency and dynamic performance requirements. Transmissions of city passenger buses may have some specific features, taking into account their purpose and operating conditions. City bus transmissions can be set up for frequent acceleration and braking, which is characteristic of driving in city traffic with many stops. Given that city buses often travel at low speeds in densely populated urban areas, transmissions can be optimized for low speed efficiency. Some city buses can be equipped with automatic transmissions to facilitate the driving process and increase the comfort of passengers.Item До аналізу викидів від зносу автомобільних шин, як екологічної складової використання автомобільного транспорту(ЦНТУ, 2024) Прогній, П. О.; Prohnii, P.; Popovich, P.; Shevchuk, O.; Loik, I.; Myshko, S.; Koval, Yu.; Vitruk, M.У роботі проведено дослідження негативного впливу на довкілля транспортних засобів, а саме викидів від зносу автомобільних шин. В результаті чого, в навколишнє середовище виділяється шинний пил, який осідає на дорогах, або ж потрапляє в повітря та переноситься на значні відстані. Проаналізовано дослідження європейських та американських вчених щодо зносу шин транспортних засобів в процесі їх руху та шкідливість даних викидів на здоров’я людини. Досліджено механізм зносу протектора автомобільних шин, визначено його види та встановлено фактори, які впливають на стирання протектора автомобільних шин. На основі аналізу наукових досліджень, визначено вплив встановлених факторів на зміну концентрації твердих частинок РМ10 та РМ2,5 у викидах від стирання автомобільних шин. З’ясовано, що агресивна манера водіння сприяє значному зростанню (у 78 разів) концентрації твердих частинок у викидах при стиранні автомобільних шин. На підвищення рівня викидів впливає також збільшення навантаження на шини, зростання швидкості руху. Визначено, що для нових автомобільних шин характерне підвищення концентрації викидів твердих частинок, що пояснюється певним періодом їх припрацювання. Встановлено також зростання концентрації твердих частинок при використанні зимових шипованих шин у порівнянні із нешипованими та літніми. Запропоновано можливі кроки для поглиблення досліджень проблеми викидів твердих частинок від зносу шин та їх впливу на навколишнє середовище. Серед яких: чітке дотримання індексу навантаження при виборі шин, дотримання швидкісних режимів руху, забезпечення відповідності матеріалів шин нормам щодо зносостійкості, врахування особливостей впливу матеріалів та граничних розмірів їх компонентів на знос автомобільних шин при проектуванні покриттів для нових автомобільних шляхів та модернізації існуючих. In the work, a study of the negative impact of vehicles on the environment, namely emissions from the wear of automobile tires, was carried out. As a result, tire dust is released into the environment, which settles on the roads, or gets into the air and is carried over considerable distances. The research of European and American scientists on the wear and tear of vehicle tires during their movement and the harmfulness of these emissions to human health is analyzed. The mechanism of tire tread wear has been studied, its types have been determined, and the factors affecting wear of the tire tread have been determined. Based on the analysis of scientific research, the influence of the established factors on the change in the concentration of PM10 and PM2.5 solid particles in emissions from car tire wear was determined. It was found that an aggressive driving style contributes to a significant increase (by 78 times) in the concentration of solid particles in emissions during tire wear. An increase in the level of emissions is also influenced by an increase in the load on the tires and an increase in the speed of movement. It was determined that new car tires are characterized by an increase in the concentration of particulate emissions, which is explained by a certain period of their running-in. An increase in the concentration of solid particles was also established when using studded winter tires compared to non-studded and summer ones. Possible steps for deepening research on the problem of solid particle emissions from tire wear and their impact on the environment are proposed. Among them: clear compliance with the load index when choosing tires, compliance with speed regimes, ensuring compliance of tire materials with wear resistance standards, taking into account the specifics of the impact of materials and the limit sizes of their components on the wear of automobile tires when designing coatings for new automobile roads and modernization of existing ones.Item Інституційні та нормативно-правові аспекти регулювання сталої міської мобільності(ЦНТУ, 2024) Шевчук, О. У статті розкрито та проаналізовано українське законодавство та його інтеграцію з міжнародним законодавством з питань транспортної інфраструктури, сталої міської мобільності та можливості втілити прийняті законодавчі акти у життя українського суспільства. На сьогоднішній день це питання є досить актуальним, після завершення війни необхідно відбудовувати міста, транспортну інфраструктуру України на засадах економічного, екологічного та соціального розвитку. Європейський досвід нам говорить, що містобудівні документи повинні включають проектувальні рішення, що мають людиноорієнтований характер для безпечного і сталого міського середовища, пропагують відмову автомобілів в повсякденному використанні без вагомих причин, пропонують планування нових територій із функціональним різноманіттям та чіткою ієрархією вулиць та кварталів. The article is devoted to the analysis of the institutional and legal aspects of regulating sustainable urban mobility, which is an important element of modern urban policy. Sustainable urban mobility aims to create efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly transport systems that contribute to improving the quality of life of urban residents and ensuring sustainable urban development. The article examines key institutional aspects, including the role of government authorities at the national and local levels, mechanisms for coordination between various stakeholders, and financial institutions that support the development of transport projects. Legal aspects are considered in terms of the legislative framework and regulatory tools governing the transport system. У дослідженні розглянуто ключові аспекти розвитку громади, включаючи демографічні тенденції, рівень зайнятості, економічні показники та соціальну інфраструктуру. Зроблено прогнозування щодо розвитку економічного сектору громади: окремо для м. Тернопіль та окремо для сільських поселень. Окреслено ключові напрямки розвитку господарства громади та перспективи розподілу працездатного населення за окремими видами діяльності. Визначено основні виклики та можливості, що стоять перед громадою, а також пропонують стратегічні підходи до покращення якості життя мешканців та підвищення конкурентоспроможності громади на регіональному рівні. The process of urbanization promotes an increase in the population density of territories, which has significant consequences for the formation of the living environment of residents of cities and nearby settlements, and is an important factor in the socio-economic development of society. At the same time, the growth of population concentration in cities leads to a rapid increase in the need for movement and an increase in the number of vehicles. Facing the choice of strategic directions for the development of settlements, which would allow overcoming the existing challenges of transportation. The article is devoted to the analysis of the social and economic parameters of the formation of the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SMM) of the Ternopil urban territorial community. The study examines key aspects of community development, including demographic trends, employment rates, economic performance and social infrastructure. Аналітично досліджено основні чинники, які є визначниками діяльності з позицій динаміки розвитку транспортних компаній. Проаналізовано економічну активність галузі транспорту з дослідженнями структурних компонентів ринків вантажних і пасажирських перевезень, а також базових залежностей функціонування з їх впливом на динаміку розвитку логістичного ринку. Розглянуто тренди транспортної логістики на основі дослідження характеристик та особливостей перевезень за видами транспорту. Визначено базових замовників клієнтів транспортних компаній, що формують сталий портфель замовлень транспортних послуг, зокрема доведено, що стійкість зростання транспортно- логістичного ринку, ріст обсягів перевезень в Україні базується на транспортуванні вантажів, що мають пряме чи опосередковане відношення до галузі агропромислового комплексу та дорожньо-будівельної галузі економіки країни. Встановлено, протягом п’яти довоєнних років в Україні частка транспортування автомобільним і залізничним транспортом має стійку тенденцію до зростання на основі збільшення попиту на перевезення зазначених галузей економіки країни, що підтверджує усталеність позитивного тренду для транспрортно- логістичного ринку. Товарний та споживчий ринки разом з ринком логістичних послуг мають взаємопов'язані напрями розвитку і загалом залишаються збалансованими, тоді як ринок автомобільних і залізничних перевезень демонструє сталий тренд зростання з прогнозованою імовірністю уповільнення темпів росту. Результати дослідження можуть застосовуватися при прогнозуванні рівня усталеності сегментів ринку логістичних послуг враховуючи вантажні а також пасажирські перевезення за видами транспорту, а також для удосконалення чи оновлення інструментів для планування роботи транспортно-експедиційних, логістичних і перевізних підприємств. The article examines the main trends in the development of the transport logistics market in terms of passenger and cargo transportation. The main factors that determine the activity from the perspective of the dynamics of the development of transport companies have been analytically investigated. The economic activity of the transport industry was analyzed with studies of the structural components of the freight and passenger transport markets, as well as the basic dependencies of functioning with their influence on the dynamics of the development of the logistics market. The trends of transport logistics are considered based on the study of the characteristics and features of transportation by types of transport. The basic customers of customers of transport companies that form a stable portfolio of orders for transport services have been determined, in particular it has been proven that the stability of the growth of the transport and logistics market, the growth of transportation volumes in Ukraine is based on the transportation of goods that are directly or indirectly related to the field of agro-industrial complex and road construction branches of the country's economy. It was established that during the five pre-war years in Ukraine, the share of transportation by road and rail transport has a steady trend of growth based on the increase in demand for transportation of the specified branches of the country's economy,hich econfirms the establishment of a positive trend for the transport and logistics market etc.Item Аналіз проблем і математичних методів для їх вирішення в транспортній логістиці(ЦНТУ, 2024) Березька, К. Транспорт є основою ланцюгів постачання, забезпечуючи ефективне переміщення товарів, матеріалів та людей, що сприяє глобальній торгівлі, економічному зростанню, культурному обміну та соціальній інтеграції. Ефективність транспортних технологій є ключовим фактором успішної логістики, де важливу роль відіграють математичні методи. Метою статті є аналіз сучасних проблем у транспортній логістиці та застосування математичних методів для їх вирішення. Розглядаються такі проблеми: оптимізація маршрутів, моделювання ланцюга постачання, прогнозування попиту, впровадження інновацій у транспортні технології, ефективне складування та інвентаризація. Застосування методів лінійного та динамічного програмування, симуляційного моделювання, евристичних методів, генетичних алгоритмів та методів машинного навчання є ключовими для підвищення продуктивності та оптимізації логістичних процесів. The article examines the importance of transportation for a country's economic development in a globalized world. Transportation is the foundation of supply chains, ensuring the efficient movement of goods, materials, and people, which contributes to global trade, economic growth, cultural exchange, and social integration. The efficiency of transportation technologies is a key factor in successful logistics, where mathematical methods play an important role. The aim of the article is to analyze contemporary issues in transportation logistics and the application of mathematical methods to solve them. The paper addresses issues such as route optimization, supply chain modeling, demand forecasting, the implementation of innovations in transportation technologies, efficient warehousing, and inventory management. Route optimization is critically important for reducing transportation costs and increasing transportation efficiency, which directly impacts economic indicators. Supply chain modeling helps to understand and improve the interaction between different participants in the logistics process, contributing to the creation of more resilient and adaptive supply systems. Demand forecasting is necessary for resource planning and avoiding shortages or surpluses of goods. The implementation of innovations in transportation technologies, such as automation and the use of drones, opens new opportunities for enhancing the efficiency of logistics processes.Item Оптимізація витрат в логістичних системах(ЦНТУ, 2023) Чорна, О. Висвітлено актуальність і необхідність оптимізації управління логістичними витратами в комплексній системі управління виробничими підприємствами. Визначено сукупність логістичних витрат у загальній собівартості виробничих підприємств України та країн світу. Визначено специфіку відображення логістичних витрат у системі бухгалтерського обліку підприємства. Формування логістичної вартості невіддільне від функціонування логістичної системи підприємства. У процесах оптимізації діяльності компанії логістичні витрати узгоджуються з операційними. Визначення та оцінка з відповідним рівнем деталізації всіх факторів оптимізації логістичних витрат у виробничих компаніях підтверджують основні принципи пошуку резервів зниження та оптимізації логістичних витрат. The article examines the problem of assessing the economic efficiency of logistics systems using simulation models and determines the likely conditions for the application of this method. The relevance and necessity of optimizing the management of logistics costs in the complex management system of production enterprises is highlighted. The set of logistics costs in the total cost of production enterprises of Ukraine and countries of the world is determined. The specifics of displaying logistics costs in the company's accounting system have been determined. The formation of logistics cost is inseparable from the functioning of the enterprise's logistics system. In the process of optimizing the company's activities, logistics costs are coordinated with operational costs. The determination and evaluation with the appropriate level of detail of all factors for optimizing logistics costs in production companies confirm the basic principles of finding reserves for reducing and optimizing logistics costs. The proposed method of reducing logistics costs is really effective for increasing the efficiency of the enterprise. Thanks to the analysis of logistics costs, business management can strategically plan the distribution of products, which allows to avoid unnecessary production costs and maximize production profits in the end. Розглянуто економічні аспекти та перспективи використання послуг 3PL провайдерів порівняно з розподільчою логістикою для вітчизняних підприємств; проведено аналітичне дослідження проблематики використання послуг 3PL провайдерів порівняно з розподільчою логістикою для вітчизняних підприємств; визначено динаміки міжнародної торгівлі, відповідно інвестиційної привабливості ринків, розвиток логістичної інфраструктури, обгрунтовано вибір методики оцінювання розвитку логістичних систем за регіонами, здійснено візуалізацію результатів Emerging Markets Quadrant для оцінки перспектив ринків, які розвиваються в квадрантах відображено відносні позиції країн за індексом. The article examines the dynamics of international trade, the investment attractiveness of markets, the development of logistics infrastructure, the principles of choosing a methodology for evaluating the development of logistics systems by region. The index of the development of the logistics market proposed by the International Financial Group "Agility", which has been successfully used for more than five years, was analyzed. The Agility Emerging Markets Logistics Index reflects the degree of attractiveness of the logistics market for investments, and the level of investment attractiveness is assessed by a set of indicators: the development of transport communications, magnitude and dynamics of development, market compatibility. The ranking of countries according to the Agility Emerging Markets Logistics Index 2023 was analyzed, including with details. It was determined that, in these difficult conditions in the domestic market, processes of transformation of logistics firms into logistics operators working with the provision of a complex of logistics services are taking place, as well as the entry of some powerful logistics operators into the market, which will contribute to the strengthening of competition and the expansion of the portfolio of offers. A significant trend is the transformation of logistics firms into logistics operators. It was concluded that there is practically no competition between retailers in Ukraine, trade networks transfer logistics functions to suppliers of goods, manufacturers compete fiercely in matters of their own presence in trade networks, which increases competition between enterprises - manufacturers and distributors, increasing the level of logistics service.The use of the services of 3PL providers by domestic enterprises with the delegation of the functions of managing supply chains and inventory to operators will be expedient under the conditions of stable markets as a significant competitive advantage, which will consist in reducing costs by outsourcing logistics as a non-core function, excluding distributors. The activity of 3PL providers is determined, conceptually, by the search for a supplier and a consumer with the transfer of supply chain management directly to the 3PL operator, who at the same time is forced to compete with a pure distributor as commercial intermediaries in the commodity market. Conversely, a distributor with developed stable sales technologies through the development of logistics functions will have advantages and the opportunity to compete in the provision of 3PL services.Item Підвищення ефективності ланцюгів поставок(ЦНТУ, 2023) Чорна, О. В статті поглиблено вивчено теоретичні та практичні основи застосування аналітичних методів і моделей у логістиці для вирішення завдань логістичного менеджменту, систематизувати навички розробки та використання аналітичних систем у різних сферах застосування логістичної діяльності. Розглянуто погляди різних науковців на зміст поняття «Ефективність ланцюга поставок». Досліджено основні напрями та елементи, що складають концепцію ефективності ланцюга поставок. The article defines the important role of enterprise management as a tool of strategic development, while it should be noted that in order to achieve the set goals, it is necessary to use specialized methods and models - effective engineering, effective optimization, and effective reengineering of the enterprise's logistics systems. The goal is to study in depth the theoretical and practical foundations of the application of analytical methods and models in logistics to solve the problems of logistics management, to systematize the skills of developing and using analytical systems in various areas of application of logistics activities. The views of various scientists on the meaning of the concept of "Effectiveness of the supply chain" are considered. The main directions and elements that make up the concept of supply chain efficiency have been studied. Let us note the main areas of effectiveness of SCM implementation: increasing the number of orders, increasing the stability of demand, reducing insurance reserves, reducing risk and increasing the reliability of planning and delivery. According to the basic supply chain process, it is recommended to consider the main indicators of supply chain performance evaluation in the SCOR model: planning, procurement, production, sales and returns. For each set of indicators, growth and decline indicators are highlighted separately. A general index of supply chain performance evaluation is proposed. The direction of increasing the efficiency of the supply chain is proposed: increasing the visibility of the supply chain; certification training; investments in smart technologies; development of project plans.
