Abstract
У статті визначено пріоритетні напрями вдосконалення регулювання зайнятості населення в інноваційній сфері як одного з важливих факторів підвищення добробуту населення на основі вивчення таких його складових, як інноваційний потенціал, дохід та зайнятість. Запропоновано шляхи поліпшення державного регулювання зайнятості населення у розрізі правового, організаційного, економічного та інформаційного блоків. The imbalance between supply and demand in the labor market of Ukraine is escalated in modern conditions. The existing disparities in the labor market constrain the possibilities of implementing effective mechanisms for a decent wage, high income and living standards of the country. The state's role in the regulation of employment in such conditions should vary from the policy of fighting unemployment to the policy of economically rational, highly productive employment. The article outlines the priority areas to improve the regulation of employment in the innovation field as one of the important factors of welfare increasing by studying its components such as innovation capacity, income and employment etc.
