Abstract
Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у визначенні особливостей управління рентабельністю діяльності господарюючого суб’єкта та обґрунтуванні пріоритетних напрямів підвищення рівня рентабельності у сучасних умовах. Автором вирішено наступні завдання: розглянути сутність та роль рентабельності підприємства у сучасних умовах; визначити особливості управління рентабельністю діяльності на підприємстві; систематизувати методичні підходи до оцінювання показників рентабельності на підприємстві; провести оцінку загальних тенденцій функціонування підприємства; здійснити аналіз динаміки показників фінансово-економічного стану підприємства; визначити стан та тенденції зміни показників рентабельності діяльності підприємства; обґрунтувати пріоритетні напрями покращення підходів до управління рентабельністю діяльності підприємства; навести заходи щодо управління прибутком в контексті підвищення рентабельності підприємства; розробити шляхи поліпшення інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення управління рентабельністю в умовах цифровізації. The purpose of the qualification work is to determine the peculiarities of managing the profitability of the economic entity and justify the priority directions for increasing the level of profitability in modern conditions. The author solved the following tasks: to consider the essence and role of the profitability of the enterprise in modern conditions; to determine the features of profitability management at the enterprise; to systematize methodical approaches to evaluating profitability indicators at the enterprise; carry out an assessment of general trends in the functioning of the enterprise; to carry out an analysis of the dynamics of indicators of the financial and economic state of the enterprise; to determine the state and trends of changes in indicators of profitability of the enterprise; to justify the priority directions for improving approaches to managing the profitability of the enterprise; to provide measures for profit management in the context of increasing the profitability of the enterprise; to develop ways to improve information and analytical support for profitability management in conditions of digitalization.
