Abstract
Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у визначенні загальних особливостей організації механізму антикризового менеджменту аграрних підприємств обґрунтуванні пропозицій щодо його удосконалення в сучасних умовах. В роботі було окреслено наступні завдання: дослідити теоретичні засади функціонування антикризового менеджменту сільськогосподарських підприємств, визначити особливості функціонування антикризового механізму в аграрній сфері; проаналізувати господарську діяльність СФГ «Володар» та стан антикризового управління на підприємстві; визначити методичні засади використання превентивного антикризового менеджменту для СФГ «Володар» та окреслити модель його впровадження в діяльність підприємства. Об'єктом дослідження є процес антикризового управління на сільськогосподарському підприємстві СФГ "Володар". Предмет дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти впровадження механізму антикризового менеджменту в діяльності СФГ «Володар». The purpose of the qualification work is to determine the general features of the organisation of the mechanism of anti-crisis management of agricultural enterprises and to substantiate proposals for its improvement in modern conditions. The work outlines the following tasks: to study the theoretical foundations of the functioning of crisis management of agricultural enterprises, to determine the features of the functioning of the crisis mechanism in the agricultural sector; to analyse the economic activities of the agricultural enterprise «Volodar» and the state of crisis management at the enterprise; to determine the methodological principles of using preventive crisis management for the agricultural enterprise «Volodar» and to outline a model for its implementation in the enterprise. The object of the study is the process of crisis management at the agricultural enterprise «Volodar». The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of implementing the mechanism of crisis management in the activities of the agricultural enterprise «Volodar».
