| dc.description.abstract | Об'єкт розробки – процес виготовлення виливка з сірого чавуну. Корпусу висівного апарату сіялки овочевої універсальної, на якому кріпляться інші деталі вузла, масою 3,500 кг методом лиття в піщано-глинисту форму. Предмет розробки – визначення технологічних параметрів, складання опису виробництва виливка та його формування. Результати проектування – розроблена технологія ливарної форми, виконано вибір сучасного ливарного устаткування. Результати розробки можуть бути рекомендовані для впровадження при виробництві чавунних виливків середньої складності в умовах серійного та масового виробництва тощо. A significant amount of work was done in the bachelor's thesis, which includes a detailed analysis, planning and implementation of various stages of casting production. The object of development is the process of manufacturing a gray cast iron casting of the universal vegetable seeder sowing unit housing, on which other parts of the assembly are mounted, weighing 3,500 kg by casting in a sand-clay mold. The subject of development is the determination of technological parameters, preparation of a description of the production of the casting and its formation. Design results – the technology of the casting mold has been developed, and modern casting equipment has been selected. The results of the development can be recommended for implementation in the production of medium-complexity cast iron castings in serial and mass production etc. | |
