Abstract
У роботі досліджено теоретичні та методологічні підходи до визначення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Розглянуто сутність та джерела визначення конкурентоспроможності підприємства, визначено критерії оцінки конкурентних переваг суб’єктів господарювання. Розглянуто фактори конкурентоспроможності підприємства агробізнесу. Проведено аналіз діючої системи конкурентоспроможності підприємства агробізнесу. Проведено огляд організаційно-економічного стану ТОВ «Промислова група «Харвест». Здійснено оцінку економічного стану ТОВ «Промислова група «Харвест». Визначено оцінку рівня конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «промислова група «Харвест». Визначено напрямки підвищення кваліфікації рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства агробізнесу. Розглянуто етапи підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємств агробізнесу. Визначено напрямки удосконалення системи управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємств агробізнесу в умовах сталого розвитку. The paper examines theoretical and methodological approaches to determining the competitiveness of an enterprise. The essence and sources of determining the competitiveness of the enterprise were considered, and the criteria for assessing the competitive advantages of business entities were determined. Factors of competitiveness of the agribusiness enterprise are considered. An analysis of the current system of competitiveness of the agribusiness enterprise was carried out. An overview of the organizational and economic status of Harvest Industrial Group LLC was conducted. An assessment of the economic condition of "Harvest Industrial Group" LLC was carried out. The assessment of the level of competitiveness of "Harvest industrial group" LLC was determined. Areas of improving the level of competitiveness of agribusiness enterprises have been determined. The stages of increasing the level of competitiveness of agribusiness enterprises are considered. The directions for improving the competitiveness management system of agribusiness enterprises in conditions of sustainable development have been determined.
