Abstract
Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в обґрунтуванні теоретико-методичних та прикладних засад удосконалення управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємства АПК (на прикладі ТОВ «Діброва», м. Львів). Завданнями роботи є надати змістовно-теоретичної характеристики інвестиційної діяльності підприємства; визначити концептуальні положення управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємства АПК; обґрунтувати методичні засади аналізування інвестиційної діяльності підприємства АПК; проаналізувати інвестиційний клімат як передумову організації інвестиційної діяльності підприємства АПК в Україні; надати характеристику фінансово-економічного стану в контексті забезпечення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства АПК; оцінити ефективність управління інвестиційним потенціалом підприємства АПК; обґрунтувати вибір стратегічних напрямів розвитку інвестиційної діяльності підприємства АПК; ідентифікувати пріоритети управління ресурсним забезпеченням інвестиційної діяльності підприємства АПК; провести моделювання процесів підвищення ефективності інвестиційної діяльності підприємства АПК. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні основи побудови та покращення системи управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємства АПК. Об'єктом дослідження є процеси інвестиційної діяльності підприємства АПК. У першому розділі роботи надано змістовно-теоретичну характеристику інвестиційної діяльності підприємства, визначено концептуальні положення управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємства АПК, обґрунтовано методичні засади аналізування інвестиційної діяльності підприємства АПК. У другому розділі роботи проведено аналіз інвестиційного клімату як передумови організації інвестиційної діяльності підприємства АПК в Україні, надано характеристику фінансово-економічного стану в контексті забезпечення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства АПК, оцінено ефективність управління інвестиційним потенціалом підприємства АПК. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано вибір стратегічних напрямів розвитку інвестиційної діяльності підприємства АПК, ідентифіковано пріоритети управління ресурсним забезпеченням інвестиційної діяльності підприємства АПК, здійснено моделювання процесів підвищення ефективності інвестиційної діяльності підприємства АПК. За результатами дослідження розроблені теоретико-методичні основи управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємства АПК, проведено аналіз та розроблено положення управління інвестиційною діяльністю ТОВ «Діброва». Одержані результати можуть бути використані при формуванні системи управління інвестиційною діяльністю ТОВ «Діброва». The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical-methodical and applied principles of improving the management of the investment activity of an agroindustrial complex enterprise (on the example of Dibrova LLC, Lviv). The tasks of the work are to provide substantive and theoretical characteristics of the enterprise's investment activity; to determine the conceptual provisions of management of the investment activities of the agro-industrial complex enterprise; to substantiate the methodological principles of analyzing the investment activity of an agro-industrial complex enterprise; to analyze the investment climate as a prerequisite for the organization of the investment activity of the agribusiness enterprise in Ukraine; provide a description of the financial and economic condition in the context of ensuring the investment attractiveness of the agricultural industry enterprise; to assess the efficiency of management of the investment potential of the agribusiness enterprise; justify the choice of strategic directions for the development of the investment activity of the agro-industrial complex enterprise; to identify the priorities of management of resource provision of the investment activity of the agroindustrial complex enterprise; carry out modeling of the processes of increasing the efficiency of the investment activity of the agro-industrial complex enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological basis of building and improving the management system of the investment activity of the agribusiness enterprise. The object of the research is the processes of investment activity of the agribusiness enterprise.
In the first section of the work, a content-theoretical description of the investment activity of the enterprise is provided, the conceptual provisions of managing the investment activity of the agricultural industry enterprise are defined, and the methodological principles of analyzing the investment activity of the agricultural industry enterprise are substantiated. In the second section of the paper, an analysis of the investment climate as a prerequisite for the organization of the investment activity of an agro-industrial complex enterprise in Ukraine was carried out, a description of the financial and economic situation in the context of ensuring the investment attractiveness of an agro-industrial complex enterprise was provided, and the effectiveness of managing the investment potential of an agro-industrial complex enterprise was evaluated. In the third section, the choice of strategic directions for the development of the investment activity of the agribusiness enterprise is substantiated, the priorities of resource management of the investment activity of the agribusiness enterprise are identified, and the processes of improving the efficiency of the investment activity of the agribusiness enterprise are modeled. Based on the results of the research, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the management of the investment activity of the agro-industrial complex enterprise were developed, the analysis was carried out and the regulation of the management of the investment activity of Dibrova LLC was developed. The obtained results can be used in the formation of the investment activity management system of Dibrova LLC.
