| dc.description.abstract | Мета випускної кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в обґрунтуванні особливостей управління стратегічним розвитком підприємств на інноваційних засадах та розробці сучасних науково-практичних рекомендацій щодо його удосконалення. Мета роботи зумовила постановку наступних завдань: дослідити поняття і роль стратегічного розвитку підприємства; вивчити особливості управління стратегічним розвитком сільськогосподарського підприємства на засадах втілення агроінновацій; опрацювати підходи до оцінювання чинників стратегічного розвитку сільськогосподарських підприємств на інноваційних засадах; проаналізувати основні фінансово-економічні показники сільськогосподарського ТОВ “Зоря”, розглянути економічні умови, проблеми та перспективи його інноваційного розвитку; напрацювати шляхи удосконалення управління стратегічним розвитком підприємства на інноваційних засадах. Об’єктом дослідження виступає процес управління стратегічним розвитком підприємств на інноваційних засадах в умовах нової реальності економіки. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні проблеми стратегічного управління підприємствами на інноваційних засадах. Перший розділ роботи присвячений теоретичним засадам управління стратегічним розвитком підприємства на інноваційних засадах. У другому розділі здійснений аналіз управління стратегічним розвитком підприємства СТОВ “Зоря” на інноваційних засадах. Третій розділ висвітлює шляхи удосконалення управління стратегічним розвитком підприємства на інноваційних засадах. За результатами дослідження сформульовані основні шляхи удосконалення управління стратегічним розвитком сільськогосподарських підприємств регіону на засадах інновацій, а також напрями удосконалення управління стратегічним розвитком СТОВ «Зоря» на інноваційних засадах. Одержані результати можуть бути використані в практичній діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємствах. The purpose of the final qualification work is to substantiate the peculiarities of managing the strategic development of enterprises on the basis of innovation and to develop modern scientific and practical recommendations for its improvement. The purpose of the work led to the setting of the following tasks: explore the concept and role of strategic development of the enterprise; to study the peculiarities of managing the strategic development of an agricultural enterprise based on the implementation of agro-innovations; to develop approaches to the assessment of factors of strategic development of agricultural enterprises on an innovative basis; to analyze the main financial and economic indicators of agricultural LLC "Zorya", to consider the economic conditions, problems and prospects of its innovative development; to work out ways to improve the management of the strategic development of the enterprise on an innovative basis. The object of the study is the process of managing the strategic development of enterprises on an innovative basis in the conditions of the new reality of the economy. The subject of the research is theoretical and practical problems of strategic management of enterprises on the basis of innovation. The first section of the work is devoted to the theoretical principles of managing the strategic development of the enterprise on the basis of innovation. In the second chapter, an analysis of the management of the strategic development of the "Zorya" sewage treatment plant enterprise on the basis of innovation was carried out. The third section highlights the ways of improving the management of the strategic development of the enterprise on the basis of innovation. Based on the results of the research, the main ways of improving the management of the strategic development of agricultural enterprises of the region on the basis of innovation, as well as the directions of improving the management of the strategic development of the "Zorya" ALLC on the basis of innovation, were formulated.
