| dc.description.abstract | Висвітлено окремі результати дослідження стану трудового потенціалу Кіровоградської області. Визначено існуючі проблеми у збереженні та розвитку трудового потенціалу області, здійснено прогнозні оцінки. Розроблено рекомендації щодо уповільнення руйнівних тенденцій у розвитку трудового потенціал регіону. The separate results of the research of the state of the labour potential of the Kirovohrad region have been lighted out. Certainly existent problems in a maintainance and development of the labour potential of the region have been determined, prognosis estimations have been made.
