Abstract
У статті розглянуті гендерні особливості зайнятості через порівняння можливостей чоловіків і жінок в отриманні місця роботи, доходів, освіти, кар’єрного зростання в інтересах визначення шляхів пом’якшення гендерної нерівності серед працюючих, вдосконалення регуляторної політики на ринку праці тощо. The gender studies are extremely important for many countries in terms of the present. The characteristics and dynamics of gender inequality in the context of socio-economic development of the country and its regions require deep study in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is a study of gender-sensitive employment opportunities through comparison of men and women in obtaining employment, income, education, career growth for identifying ways mitigate gender inequality among workers, improve regulatory policy in the labor market etc.
