Abstract
The key structural prerequisites and directions for the transformation of the occupational safety management system in Ukraine in the context of the implementation of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, which defines modern occupational safety standards in the European Union, are analyzed. Проаналізовано ключові структурні передумови та напрямки трансформації системи управління охороною праці в Україні в контексті імплементації положень Регламенту (EU) 2023/1230, що визначає сучасні стандарти безпеки праці в Європейському Союзі.
