| dc.description.abstract | У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто питання механізації транспортнотехнологічних процесів ливарного виробництва. Проведено аналіз існуючих конструкцій стрічкових конвеєрів, їх конструктивних особливостей, переваг та сфер застосування у виробничих умовах. Розглянуто основні типи стрічкових конвеєрів та особливості їх використання для транспортування сипких матеріалів. Практичне значення роботи полягає у можливості використання отриманих результатів під час проектування та модернізації транспортних систем ливарних цехів. The bachelor's qualification thesis is devoted to the development and design calculation of a high-performance belt conveyor intended for transporting molding sand mixtures in a foundry shop. The rational parameters of the conveyor have been substantiated on the basis of analyzing the influence of belt width and belt speed on specific energy consumption, as well as the effect of belt width on conveyor capacity. The obtained results confirm that the selected design parameters ensure the required transportation capacity while maintaining a satisfactory level of energy efficiency and operational reliability. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using the obtained results for the design and modernization of conveyor systems employed in foundry shops and other industries dealing with bulk material transportation. | |
