    Організація обліку та фінансової звітності закладів охорони здоров'я - комунальних некомерційних підприємств

    В першому розділі розкрито теоретичні засади організації обліку та фінансової звітності в закладах охорони здоров’я – комунальних некомерційних підприємства, особливості діяльності закладів сфери охорони здоров’я як галузі соціальної сфери, становлення та розвиток бюджетного обліку та фінансової звітності закладів охорони здоров’я як бюджетних закладів, правила організації обліку та звітності закладів охорони здоров’я як комунальних некомерційних підприємств – малих підприємств. В другому розділі представлено організаційно-економічну характеристику комунального некомерційного підприємства «Петрівська центральна лікарня», результати дослідження порядку організації обліку та звітності в лікарні та методики складання фінансової звітності. В третьому розділі висвітлено шляхи удосконалення порядку організації та фінансової звітності в закладах охорони здоров’я – комунальних некомерційних підприємства, напрями використання фінансової звітності закладу охорони здоров’я – комунального некомерційного підприємства для фінансового планування, проблеми впровадження вимог Міжнародних стандартів фінансової звітності щодо комплекту фінансової звітності для малих та середніх підприємств. In the first chapter, the theoretical principles of the organization of accounting and financial reporting in health care institutions - communal non commercial enterprises, the peculiarities of the activities of health care institutions as a branch of the social sphere, the formation and development of budget accounting and financial reporting of health care institutions as budgetary institutions, rules for the organization of accounting and reporting of health care institutions as communal non-commercial enterprises - small enterprises. The second chapter presents the organizational and economic characteristics of the communal non-profit enterprise "Petrivska Central Hospital", the results of the study of the order of organization of accounting and reporting in the hospital and the methodology of financial reporting. In the third section, the ways of improving the order of organization and financial reporting in health care institutions - communal non-profit enterprises, the directions of using financial reporting of health care institutions - communal non-profit enterprises for financial planning, problems of implementing the requirements of the International Financial Reporting Standards regarding the set of financial statements are highlighted for small and medium enterprises.

    Обліково-аналітичне забезпечення управління діяльністю комунальних некомерційних підприємств сфери охорони здоров’я

В першому розділі проаналізовано діяльність закладів охорони здоров’я як об’єкту обліку і аналізу, з’ясовано їх значення для країни; визначено сутність, складові та функції обліково-аналітичного забезпечення управління діяльністю комунальних некомерційних підприємств сфери охорони здоров’я. У другому - наведено організаційно - економічну характеристику та надана оцінка ефективності фінансування комунального некомерційного підприємства "Центр первинної медико санітарної допомоги" і розглянуто сучасний стан його обліково аналітичного забезпечення управління діяльністю. У третьому розділі розроблено напрями підвищення ефективності обліково-аналітичного забезпечення управління діяльністю та наведено пропозиції щодо удосконалення обліку комунальних некомерційних підприємств. In the first section, the activities of health care institutions as an object of accounting and analysis are analyzed, their significance for the country; The essence, components and functions of accounting and analytical support for the management of municipal non-profit enterprises of health care are determined. In the second, the organizational and economic characteristics are provided and an assessment of the effectiveness of financing of the municipal non-profile enterprise "Center of Primary Medical Sanitary Aid" is provided and the current state of its accounting and analytical management of management activities is considered. In the third section, directions of increasing the efficiency of accounting and analytical management of activities are developed and proposals for improving the accounting of communal non-profit enterprises are presented.
