A number of factors which carry out direct or indirect influence on demographic processes on macro- or micro levels in the system of production relations are analyzed. В.; Yakovenko, R.У статті здійснено спробу розпочати аналіз політичних відносин в Україні з погляду теоретико- економічних понять і категорій, розглянути закономірності дії політичного ринку. Article object - is to determine the principles and trends, which are forms the habitat of interaction of political relations in a modem Ukrainian society, using the conceptions of industrial and post-industrial societies. In the article the author made a try to start analyzes of Ukrainian political relations from the view of theoretical economy. Follow definitions were formulated: political market and its equilibrium, political demand and the political demand price, political supply and the real situation in political competition in Ukraine. The role of government in organizing of political processes and a corruption, as its result, has been analyzed. Also, the writer paid attention to problems of transforming modem Ukrainian society, according to conception of postindustrial civilization. As a result, we say: main barriers of forming „fair play” regulations of Ukrainian political market today are: monopolizing tendencies in a production resources ownership, slow tempo of forming citizen society, dominating of material needs under the un-material needs of society, which is based on the low life-living,Item Демографічні об‘єкти соціально-економічного впливу та їх економічна роль(КНТУ, 2005) Яковенко, Р. В.В статті визначено демографічну проблематику України сьогодення в поєднанні та взаємозв‘язку з економічними процесами. Наведено принципи класифікації об‘єктів соціально-економічних важелів впливу на демографічні процеси, визначено безпосередньо об‘єкти, їх економічна участь в суспільних відносинах, та важливість соціально-економічного впливу саме на них. Визначено подальші перспективи досліджень в обраному напрямку та економічні результати, досягти яких буде значно простіше після удосконалення дії соціально-економічних важелів впливу на демографічні процеси. The article deals with the demographic situation in today’s Ukraine in its combination and interrelation with the economic processes. The principles of the classification of the objects of socio-economic means of influense ob the demographic processes are presented, and its direct objects as well as their economic participation in social relations and the importance of their influence on them are determined. В.; Yakovenko, R.Досліджено і систематизовано історичні та теоретико–методологічні закономірності формування концепцій людського капіталу та людського потенціалу, здійснено їх порівняльну характеристику. The article reveals the evolution of views on the role of a human in economics in the papers of economists of different scientific schools and trends. The essence and structure of human potential, the importance of which is occupied, both by economic and non–economic elements and factors that characterize the development of an „homo economicus” into a „homo creativus”, in the process of transforming of economic and social relations, and their transition to a qualitative new level have been determined. Main differences between the categories „human capital” and „human potential” are determined. These features based according to main characteristics, such as: object of research, human growing role, main motive of social development, theoretically-economical basement, source of reproduction, evolution target and so on. Human capital is a first historical conception, which characterizes the human role in production. Human potential is a further way, which concerns not only manufacturing, but all social processes. Modern development of a human capital conception, day-by-day nearing the human potential theory.
