Abstract
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є узагальнення теоретико-методичних засад організаційного проєктування системи управління підприємством, проведення комплексного аналізу організаційної побудови системи управління ТОВ «Кіндрил Україна» та розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо її вдосконалення відповідно до сучасних умов цифрової трансформації економіки. The purpose of the qualification paper is to generalize the theoretical and methodological foundations of the organizational design of an enterprise management system, to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the organizational structure of the management system of LLC «Kyndryl Ukraine», and to develop practical recommendations for its improvement in accordance with the current conditions of the digital transformation of the economy.
