Abstract
Метою роботи є розробка оснащення для виготовлення деталі «Кронштейн». У процесі виконання роботи було здійснено комплекс технологічних і конструкторських розрахунків, необхідних для забезпечення раціонального процесу штампування. Зокрема, виконано визначення геометричних параметрів заготовки за переходами штампування з урахуванням особливостей формоутворення деталі. Проведено розрахунок раціонального розкрою металопрокату з метою підвищення коефіцієнта використання матеріалу та зменшення відходів виробництва. Також розраховано технологічні зусилля за операціями штампування, що дозволило обґрунтовано підібрати необхідне обладнання та забезпечити надійність виконання процесу тощо.The purpose of the work is to develop equipment for the manufacture of the “Bracket” part. In the process of performing the work, a set of technological and design calculations was carried out, necessary to ensure a rational stamping process. In particular, the geometric parameters of the workpiece were determined by stamping transitions, taking into account the features of the part's shaping. A calculation of rational cutting of rolled metal was carried out in order to increase the material utilization rate and reduce production waste. Technological efforts were also calculated for stamping operations, which allowed us to reasonably select the necessary equipment and ensure the reliability of the process. Based on the calculations, stamping equipment designs were developed for the manufacture of the “Bracket” part, which ensure the stability of the technological process, the required manufacturing accuracy and ease of operation. Separately, technical standardization of operations was performed, which allows us to determine the optimal time spent on manufacturing the part and assess the effectiveness of the proposed technological process etc.
