Abstract
Мета дослідження полягає у дослідженні теоретичних та практичних аспектів антикризового управління сільськогосподарськими підприємствами в умовах невизначеності та ризику в контексті війни в Україні. У першому розділі роботи викладено теоретико-методичні основи антикризового управління, зокрема ґрунтовно досліджено поняття та особливості категорій «невизначеність» та «ризик», визначені зміст, принципи та функції антикризового менеджменту підприємства та окреслені підходи до прийняття антикризових менеджерських рішень в умовах війни. Автором було обгрунтовано, що ризик в умовах війни для сільськогосподарського підприємства в Україні охоплює різні аспекти і може мати серйозні наслідки, відтак були визначені і охарактеризовані основні ризики під час війни, зокрема визначені зовнішні умови, які впливають на сільськогосподарські компанії в Україні. Для належної оцінки та зниження ризиків, використовувалась карта ризиків. Запропоновано авторський погляд на сутність антикризового управління сільськогосподарським підприємством в умовах війни, що полягає в прийнятті заходів та розробці стратегій, спрямованих на забезпечення стійкості та ефективності діяльності підприємства в умовах військового конфлікту. Розроблений алгоритм стратегічного аналізу сільськогосподарського підприємства в умовах війни. В другому розділі здійснено аналіз ефективності антикризового управління ТОВ «Зоря» в умовах війни, зокрема проведений огляд загальної характеристики ТОВ «Зоря», проведений фінансово-економічний аналіз підприємства та здійснений комплексний аналіз впливу зовнішніх факторів на ТОВ «Зоря». Комплексний аналіз впливу зовнішніх факторів на ТОВ «Зоря» дозволив виявити, що саме відібрані фактори, пов’язані безпосередньо із війною в Україні, мають найбільший вплив і можуть справляти знищуючий вплив на діяльність досліджуваного підприємства. Також при дослідженні сільськогосподарського підприємства ТОВ «Зоря» в умовах війни в Україні було проведено SWOT-аналіз. Для оцінювання впливу факторів зовнішнього середовища на діяльність ТОВ «Зоря» запропоновано керівництву обрати SWOT-аналіз та надати оцінку впливових факторів на підприємство. Сукупний вплив факторів макросередовища на підприємство в умовах війни пропонується оцінювати за коефіцієнтом впливу факторів макросередовища. Відтак були виокремлені ключові фактори, які можуть відігравати важливу роль для АПК в умовах війни в Україні. В третьому розділі сформовано рекомендації щодо удосконалення антикризового управління ТОВ «Зоря», а саме розроблено стратегію антикризового менеджменту ТОВ «Зоря» та сформовано підсистеми системи антикризового управління сільськогосподарського підприємства. Для успішної реалізації антикризової стратегії запропоновано створення в організаційній структурі підприємства відділу антикризового менеджменту. Цей відділ буде відповідальний за моніторинг та аналіз ризиків, розробку та впровадження заходів з протидії кризовим ситуаціям в умовах війни. Впровадження цього заходу сприятиме створенню ефективної системи антикризового управління, що забезпечить стійкість підприємства в умовах негативних впливів та допоможе досягти стабільності у фінансовій сфері. Для досягнення поставлених завдань з впровадження антикризового відділу, також було чітко визначено відповідальних осіб та виконавців. Також було запропоновано до система антикризового управління ТОВ «Зоря» включити декілька локальних підсистем: інформаційна підсистема, маркетингова підсистема, організаційна підсистема, технологічна підсистема, фінансова підсистема. Було сформовано концепцію моделі превентивного антикризового управління, де основною метою є розробка ефективних управлінських рішень, спрямованих на запобігання кризовим ситуаціям. The purpose of the study is to investigate the theoretical and practical aspects of anti-crisis management of agricultural enterprises in conditions of uncertainty and risk in the context of the war in Ukraine. In the first chapter of the work, the theoretical and methodological foundations of anti-crisis management are outlined, in particular, the concepts and features of the categories "uncertainty" and "risk" are thoroughly researched, the content, principles and functions of the anti-crisis management of the enterprise are determined, and approaches to making anti-crisis managerial decisions in war conditions are outlined. The author substantiated that the risk in the conditions of war for an agricultural enterprise in Ukraine encompasses various aspects and can have serious consequences, so the main risks during the war were identified and characterized, in particular, the external conditions that affect agricultural companies in Ukraine were determined. For proper assessment and reduction of risks, a risk map was used. The author's view on the essence of anti-crisis management of an agricultural enterprise in war conditions is offered, which consists in taking measures and developing strategies aimed at ensuring the stability and efficiency of the enterprise in conditions of military conflict. The algorithm of strategic analysis of the agricultural enterprise in the conditions of war was developed. In the second chapter, an analysis of the effectiveness of the anti-crisis management of LLC "Zorya" in war conditions was carried out, in particular, an overview of the general characteristics of LLC "Zorya", a financial and economic analysis of the enterprise was carried out, and a comprehensive analysis of the influence of external factors on LLC "Zorya" was carried out. A comprehensive analysis of the influence of external factors on "Zorya" LLC made it possible to reveal that the selected factors directly related to the war in Ukraine have the greatest impact and can have a devastating effect on the activity of the company under study. Also, a SWOT analysis was conducted during the study of the agricultural enterprise "Zorya" LLC in the conditions of the war in Ukraine. In order to assess the influence of environmental factors on the activities of Zorya LLC, the management was asked to choose a SWOT analysis and provide an assessment of the influencing factors on the enterprise. The cumulative impact of macro-environmental factors on an enterprise in war conditions is proposed to be evaluated by the coefficient of influence of macro-environmental factors. Therefore, the key factors that can play an important role for the agricultural industry in the conditions of war in Ukraine were singled out. In the third chapter, recommendations for improving the anti-crisis management of LLC "Zorya" were formed, namely, the strategy of anti-crisis management of LLC "Zorya" was developed and the subsystems of the anti-crisis management system of the agricultural enterprise were formed. For the successful implementation of the anti-crisis strategy, it is proposed to create an anti-crisis management department in the organizational structure of the enterprise. This department will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing risks, developing and implementing measures to counter crisis situations in wartime. The
implementation of this measure will contribute to the creation of an effective anti-crisis management system, which will ensure the stability of the enterprise in the face of negative influences and help achieve stability in the financial sphere. In order to achieve the tasks set for the implementation of the anti-crisis department, responsible persons and executors were also clearly defined. It was also proposed to include several local subsystems in the anti-crisis management system of Zorya LLC: information subsystem, marketing subsystem, organizational subsystem, technological subsystem, and financial subsystem. The concept of a model of preventive anti-crisis management was formed, where the main goal is to develop effective management solutions aimed at preventing crisis situations.
