Abstract
Метою даної роботи є дослідження напрямків удосконалення діяльності сільськогосподарського підприємства на прикладі філії АТ "ДПЗКУ" "Хлібна база № 78". У першому розділі проаналізовані сутність, функції, принципи та основні форми виробничої діяльності, визначені і обгрунтовані особливості організації комерційної діяльності на сільськогосподарському підприємстві та показники підвищення комерційної ефективності діяльності підприємства. У другому розділі проведений комплексний аналіз показників фінансово-економічної діяльності філії АТ "ДПЗКУ" "Хлібна база № 78". Зокрема здійснена загальна характеристика діяльності підприємства, аналіз фінансового стану філії АТ "ДПЗКУ" "Хлібна база № 78" та економічний аналіз діяльності філії АТ "ДПЗКУ" "Хлібна база № 78". У третьому розділі розроблені і запропоновані заходи щодо удосконалення діяльності сільськогосподарського підприємства. Зокрема, надані загальні рекомендації щодо покращення фінансового стану філії АТ «ДПЗКУ» «Хлібна база № 78» та розроблені заходи щодо вдосконалення збутової діяльності філії АТ «ДПЗКУ» «Хлібна база № 78». Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає в наступному: уточнено сутність, функції, принципи та основні форми виробничої діяльності підприємства; особливості організації комерційної діяльності на сільськогосподарських підприємствах у сучасних умовах господарювання; набули подальшого розвитку структурно-функціональна модель управління комерційною діяльністю сільськогосподарського підприємства та підходи до визначеня основних аспектів, які впливають на комерційну ефективність підприємства; удосконалено огрганізаційні засади виявлення можливостей реалізації товарно-збутової політики філії АТ «ДПЗКУ» «Хлібна база № 78» у рамках діяльності АТ «ДПЗКУ» в аграрному секторі економіки України та механізм реалізації товарно-збутової політики філії АТ «ДПЗКУ» «Хлібна база № 78»; вперше застосовано алгоритм дій для підтримки фінансового стану сільськогосподарського підприємства. The purpose of this work is to study directions for improving the activity of an agricultural enterprise using the example of a branch of JSC "DPZKU" "Bread Base No. 78".
In the first chapter, the essence, functions, principles and main forms of production activity are analyzed, the peculiarities of the organization of commercial activity at the agricultural enterprise and indicators of increasing the commercial efficiency of the enterprise are determined and substantiated. In the second section, a comprehensive analysis of indicators of financial and economic activity of JSC "DPZKU" branch "Bread Base No. 78" was carried out. In particular, a general description of the company's activity, an analysis of the financial status of the JSC "DPZKU" branch JSC "Bread Base No. 78" and an economic analysis of the activities of the JSC "DPZKU" branch JSC "Bread Base No. 78" were carried out. In the third section, measures to improve the activity of the agricultural enterprise are developed and proposed. In particular, general recommendations were given to improve the financial condition of the JSC "DPZKU" branch "Bread Base No. 78" and measures were developed to improve the sales activity of the branch of JSC "DPZKU" "Bread Base No. 78". The scientific novelty of the obtained results is as follows: the essence, functions, principles and basic forms of the production activity of the enterprise have been clarified; peculiarities of the organization of commercial activities at agricultural enterprises in modern economic conditions; the structural and functional model of managing the commercial activity of an agricultural enterprise and approaches to determining the main aspects that affect the commercial efficiency of the enterprise have gained further development; the organizational principles of identifying opportunities for the realization of the product and sales policy of the JSC "DPZKU" branch JSC "Bread Base No. 78" within the framework of the activities of JSC "DPZKU" in the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine and the mechanism for implementing the product and sales policy of the branch JSC "DPZKU" "Bread Base No. 78" have been improved "; for the first time, the algorithm of actions was applied to support the financial condition of an agricultural enterprise.
